Experienced Insurance Experts
Chris graduated from Louisiana State University in 1987 and began his career in the insurance business shortly afterwards. In 2008, Chris decided to set out on his own, with a vision of owning his own agency and specializing in not only life insurance but also health, disability and other related benefits products. He grew his agency successfully, and later expended his agency’s offerings to include commercial and personal lines of insurance coverages as well.
Chris is a former President of Lake Forest Bluff Rotary Club, an ambassador for the Lake County chapter of the First Tee youth golf network and a member of the Economic Club of Chicago. Chris is married, has three children and lives in the north suburbs. He very occasionally plays golf, but does so only under certain conditions (i.e., only when it’s not snowing hard, and his definition of snowing hard is “when I can’t see at least twenty feet in any direction”).
Bob graduated from Notre Dame University in 1978 with a BBA, and a few years later earned his MBA from DePaul University. He has over 38 years of experience in the insurance industry, working on both the carrier and agency sides of the business. On the carrier side, among other job duties he served as the Manager of a 40-person Underwriting Department, taught insurance classes and served on a corporate Audit team inspecting work quality in regional offices. On the agency side, in past years Bob has served as a producer, agency owner and agency President. He currently runs the day-to-day operations of Webb Financial Group while servicing his existing clients and bringing new clients on board. Bob and his wife Sue live in the northern suburbs (actually, slight correction here, they live in just one suburb). They have 3 adult children and an ever-growing extended family that now includes two beautiful granddaughters.
Linda graduated from college with a B.A. in English, and she uses her substantial writing and analytical skills to communicate benefits. She has worked the Customer Service side of the business for several agencies through the years, as she continues to help employers navigate and understand their employee benefits. In recent years, much of her time has been spent guiding employers through the maze of laws and regulations involved in the Affordable Care Act reforms. Linda is married, has two adult children and lives in a northern suburb of Chicago. She loves to read, bike, and garden, and as you’ll soon see she is not the only avid gardener working for WFG.
Susan Ehrhard is a third-generation insurance agent, has been in the insurance industry since 1983 and is licensed in all lines. She thoroughly enjoys working to provide solutions and prompt service to all of her clients. She graduated from Macalester College in 1981. Susan and her husband live in the northern suburbs, and are proud recent enrollees in the prestigious Empty-Nester club. In her spare time, Susan enjoys exercise and - wait for it, wait for it - gardening as well.
Susan graduated from Wichita State University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Following her move from Kansas to Illinois, she has accumulated over 20 years of Sales Support and Office Administration. She spent twelve years supporting five salespeople in contract office furniture sales. She joined Webb Financial Group in 2015 and is currently acting as Receptionist and Sales Administration. In April of 2016, she received her Illinois licenses for Life and Health Insurance. She and her husband live in a northern suburb, and her activities outside of work include reading, sewing, movies, and board games. She volunteers at the Grayslake Save-A-Pet, and during the summer, she enjoys helping out at the Bristol Renaissance Faire. What – she doesn’t enjoy gardening?
